WALK lose weight?

Some say yes, some people turn up their noses and is not convinced.


The answer is 'Yes, if done right!'

to walk properly, we must, first, use your brain. At first it will seem difficult to maintain unapostura decent, but once you're used to it, will be spontaneous! (As with all things)
